First, thank you for visiting me!
It all started from a young age; name a sport – I’ve tried it!
However, it was taekwondo I chose to keep me moving for over 15 years. Then I made the move to Vancouver, BC, in 2020 to study. Needless to say, there weren’t many opportunities to play sports at the time, so I found myself trying to figure out how to train on my own in a gym I did not know, nor with anyone to teach me… I had no idea where to start.
Crazy how when I was doing sports, I was following programs without knowing the way they were helping me, or the muscles I was truly exercising in such and such exercises.
Believe me, I struggled to find a plan that fit my goal.
One year later, I went on to become a certified personal trainer to finally understand the most efficient way to get the results I wanted without wasting my time and fully enjoying everything else!

We know, we are all busy. But every one of us wants to be strong and healthy, and each of us has the potential to be that greatest version of ourselves.
Whether you are a newly independent college student, freshly retired with more time to move, or a hardcore elite athlete, I promise weekly programming according to your goals and most importantly, to your lifestyle.
My objective is to make it possible for you to achieve your goal regardless of your busy (or not) schedule, in Vancouver (or not) without sacrificing what you enjoy.

2-3x a week is the most optimal way for a trainer to assess your mobility, strength and understand what is the best programming to reach your goals!
There is no membership based training at Better Bodies. It is a private studio where you need to be with a trainer to come in. If you wish to exercise with me elsewhere, please reach out as it is possible!
I can teach you all the foundations virtually. It is however more optimal to come in person.
A camera! Equipment is not required, you only need space. Dumbbells, bands, step, etc. only provide more possibilities!
Absolutely! Reach out to me by email and I will share the packages. Your parent, partner, best friend; the more the merrier!!
In-person and online sessions oscillate around 60 minutes.
No! You can use them at your own pace, but scheduling in advance guarantees your commitment.
No. 5% GST tax will be added to all purchases.
It is a 15 or 30 mins zoom call to assess your progress, to go over exercises and to answer any questions you may have. Perfect for accountability and adaptability!
Nutrition coaching is an individualized approach to nutrition during the weekly check-in so you can learn the healthiest way to reach your goals. Tips, recipes, research, etc.
